If you have a position or multiple positions to fill, and want an event that will focus exclusively on the jobs you have available, the Employer Interview Day is a great strategy.
The JobLink Career Centers are very flexible in arranging days and times. You can structure the event any way that works best for you - individual interviews or group information sessions.
The JobLink Career Center can screen applicants according to your criteria before signing them up for Interviews or Group Sessions. Centers can also create and distribute flyers publicizing the event to assist you in your recruitment process.
For best results, contact JobLink at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance of the date you would like to hold your Interview Day.
